Until late 1990, the principals, Arthur M. Delmhorst and
John E.
Sheehan, were senior executives of Landauer Associates, the New York
based national real estate firm. Together they have been involved in real
estate advisory services for 55 years.
During that period they have been actively involved in assignments
affecting many of the nation’s major corporations and properties. In
addition to advising clients on strategic issues regarding real
estate assets, the principals successfully implemented the leasing
and disposition of numerous corporate and investment properties
throughout the country.
Whether an assignment is transactional or technical in scope,
Delmhorst & Sheehan’s approach is to provide creative solutions for
its clients, drawing upon the varied skills and experience of its
professional staff. The firm’s internal compensation structure is
arranged so that the firm’s professionals work as a unit.
The firm’s services essentially consist of two principal areas of
activity; transactional efforts and technical analyses. Experience
in each area complements the other. Regardless of the type of
assignment, Delmhorst & Sheehan brings the same rigorous discipline
to every engagement - thorough examination of the property in
question, its surrounding market and the utilization of innovative
financial techniques tailored to the specific needs of the
assignment. The firm’s core services are:
